Terms and Conditions
- We can cater for up to 80 guests at the main Wedding Reception, plus a further 20 guests in the evening.
- All provisional bookings will be held for 14 days only. Written confirmation and a deposit of £500 will be required otherwise the date will be automatically released.
- All deposits are non-refundable
Cancellation policy:
- 4 - 6 months: 25% of total cost
- 1 - 4 months: 50% of total cost
- 1 month: 100% of total cost
Notice of cancellation will be taken as the date a written cancellation is received at the hotel.
The Hotel must be notified of approximate numbers attending the function at time of booking with deposit. Final numbers should be given no less than 48 hours prior to the event.
Children attending the function will be charged at the following rates:
- Aged 0 - 2 years Free of Charge
- Aged 3 - 5 years ¼ of Adult price
- Aged 6 - 12 years ½ of Adult price
Charges:
- Any outstanding amount must be paid on receipt of an invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest of 6% of the value of the invoice per month.
- The Hotel is entitled to annul the contract without obligation to pay compensation of any kind by reason of strike, lockout, fire, restriction of deliveries or other special circumstance out with our control.
- Any damage to the property of the hotel may be charged to the organisers of the function when the damage occurs. Charges may be made to replace any damaged article and any labour costs to repair the property.
- All charges are fully inclusive of VAT at the present rate (No service charges have been applied).
- Payment of the deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
